Great work-life balance and 401k match. Executive management treats their employees well and are great people.

It's better to be related than qualified and people in directors positions do not value their people and are only concerned about how they look to management. For some people the only way to stand tall is to push everyone else down.

We are glad that you enjoyed our work-life balance and 401K match while you were employed with Legrand. We do evaluate performance in a number of ways. We do midyear reviews, year-end reviews, and annual Talent Reviews to ensure performance standards are met. In addition, we just completed an engagement survey and are giving people managers individualized feedback reports, while expecting them to share their results with their team and take action against their results.
