      Company is big enough to have money to tackle big projects and initiatives, like buying new companies. Pay is good and most units have a "profit sharing" bonus plan that covers all employees, so everyone is aligned, with the business financial objectives.

      Svantaggi

      The financial numbers focus goes too far sometimes. Some management seems more impressed with politics and cheerleading than actual results.
