The company has little knowledge of the fiber optics industry- poor management. Management does not want to deal with employees. Pushed political agendas in weekly meetings. They say they are pro employees and supportive of diversity yet they ignore employees, make the culture divisive and spend money on the big wigs... After they took over business went down significantly.
