Vantaggi
Easy work (if you're competent enough to understand medical jargon and etc). It's one of those jobs where you clock in, do your thing, and clock out.
Svantaggi
Management. I've had coworkers who have been working as QAs for almost 10 years and they're still a level 2. Meanwhile, newer employees who suck up to the boss get promoted within six months to a level 4 or a "Sr." position because they have "more experience" outside of QTC. But that experience is unrelated. If you know how to work higher-ups, you can easily move on up. If you want to put your head down and let your work do it's thing, then unfortunately, you're staying where you are.
