Jobs for the boys culture. Worked in IT, absolutely poor environment. Lots of politics, highly bureaoucratic, only reward the mates or people they liked not matter how incompetent. A couple of years they got rid of the sharks from C level down to mid level. Still environment has not improved much, highly political. If you truly value your personal well being avoid this organisation at all costs
