24/7 work schedule. Told many times "there are no days off at Lennar" Then why did you tell me 2 a week? Mgmt treats all salespeople the same, like entry level first days on the floor. Constant calls, texts, teams, emails. 10:30PM? Tough, I need a response NOW. Scheduled day off? Tough, I need you on the "roundup" sales call. Don't have a sale this week? Go to corporate office and have a meeting with the Dist. Sales Mgr. Don't have an appt. today? Start calling anyone in your salesforce and get them in now. I truly wish I was making this up.
