We have recently implemented changes in our business structure to help support 'One Lenovo' to encourage breaking of silos within our business units. Additionally, we are also meeting our employees with more flexibility and adapting more and more to the expectations of employees and "the new normal". Our new and improved Employee Value Proposition was created by employees in mind and it shows our dedication to deliver all that they need and find the most valuable. With that in mind, our new parental leave policy gives all expecting parents equitable benefits so you and your families are taken care of. If employees are out of the office on parental leave, Lenovo also offers managers the opportunity to create a new project team, or gig, to help provide support to your team while you are away or even give employees the opportunity to work on a special short-term project.
