It can be very stressful when it comes to 1 hour jobs. If retail is busy, then so are you. LensCrafters as a brand gives each store an amount of hours to give out to each associate, so if there's only 12 hours given to the lab in 1 day, then the majority of that day you will be working by yourself doing all of the jobs.
