Being one that needs to wear glasses, this is a great place to work. Getting a free pair of glasses every year is definitely a perk.

I find a certain 'out of touch' aspect from regional management and up. Too many decisions are made from behind a desk or a playbook and not from reality. Retail hours do not agree with people who have a family. If you can get into a store with management who runs things well, this can be less of an issue.
