Getting a paycheck.There are no pros to working here. Lencrafters literally gave me 0.25 cents as a cost of living increase in the brutal South Florida market. They are not invested in you as an individual. It is all about the money for them and you can be easily replaced in their eyes.

You are not valued as an employee. You are treated like a nuisance when it comes time for a raise. They absolutely want to pay you at rock bottom prices and expect stellar numbers in sales out of you. You will be foaled high and they do this to prevent you from getting your commissions check. The commission structure is a complete job where you have no incentive to sell.
