The cons unfortunately are not enough hours, not enough staff, underpaid ,underappreciated overwhelmed , and with all that you're expected to do, with the hours that you aren't given and the people that you don't have to do it with it's like they're setting you up to fail. Goals are set so high it's impossible to achieve . If you should happen to have a really good year you can bet your next year won't be so good because you will be goal ed so high you won't be able to achieve the goals that they set.
