You have to pick up calls, sell glasses, book appointments, check insurances, inspect glasses, do adjustments, pre-screen patients, deal with contacts, and so much more!) > They care about numbers more than employees > There is so much paper work that the company expects you to fill out > Work holidays > Favoritism > Processing things through HR takes ages. It takes way longer than it needs to and it's ridiculous > There is no work-life balance. You don't get a set schedule. One day you could work mornings, the next you could work the closing shift, then the next you could be mid shift. It is not consistent. > Higher ups have too high of expectations. They don't face reality. It's just too much. > There is so so so so much more that I cannot think of... but imo, AVOID THIS COMPANY.
