There are a lot of good things about this company and I have enjoyed working here for the most part. I think they have the potential for great growth and when everyone is doing their job, we make a great product! The people I have met have been fairly decent and generally if you put forth effort, the job isn't too hard. That being said, you have to wear many hats and juggle many tasks. When it is too difficult or you may not know something, there are resources available to utilize for assistance, such as contractors.

Pay is less than I would like so make sure to negotiate. It is difficult to communicate or be heard at times with management and HR.

There are None only Slave Labor.

Cheap Labor ...but what do you expect its cotton we're dealing with. There is no diversity in upper management. Only fishing and hunting buddies get those jobs. Black People still managing and dealing with Cotton in 2019, just the way the like and want it. You are constantly exposed to this chemical called amine oxide in which management said five years ago it was safe enough to drink. Not to mention two chemical companies down the road that's where it is made and they make about $20 more than we do an hour. They do not prioritize safety as the other companies on 43 do. You get no vacation when you initially start.. do yourself a favor and never work there. Its basically the 2019 Cotton Field.
