1. No life balance. 2. You need to work on Saturday and Sunday, because CEO want all employees in front of him because he is paying. 3. All projects are on outdated technology, which are not available in real world now. 4. They cut salary without any prior notice and forced employee to take leave(but you should come to office even you applied leave) and company will cut the salary. 5. Washrooms are like public toilets, they don't have tissue budget for employees, employees need to bring tissue from their home. 6. Company is surviving only with fake commitments with client and employees. 7. One employee should work on load of 5 employee. 8. Company is only surviving because of some honest employee other wise company will not survive. 9. If you don't have job right now and have offer from Leotechnosoft or LTS please wait for some other interviews and join other company, don't spoil your own carrier by joining those bogus companies. 9. Earlier company had 100 employees now the have only 20 to 30 employee. So you can think how company is growing or declining.

There are lot of things to tell. 1.No transparency in appraisals. They intentionally give appraisals late & forgot about difference amount. 2.There is no employee friendly policies . nothing for employees. 3. Every time make false promises with employees even those are given in written. 4.Policies are not common for all. 5.Management is very poor. 6.No appreciation to employees after good work. 7.You can not predict when you will get your notice period sallery after exit from company. 8 . less sallery, more work, more pressure.

Leave your Provident Fund dreams at the door – During onboarding, you'll be asked to sign a "voluntary" waiver for PF benefits. Sometimes it's even a blank sheet—surprise perks! 2. Want a raise? Resign first! – Appraisals are a mythical concept here. The only way to get a hike is to resign and hope the stars (and the CEO’s mood) align. 3. Work-life balance? What's that? – Be ready to work weekends and holidays because "flexible timing" here means they’re flexible with your time. 4. Eco-friendly to the extreme – It’s a "green" office. No toilet paper. Sometimes, no functioning toilets. Saving the planet, one broken flush at a time. 5. Performance rewards? Meh. – Even if you outperform, you’ll get a rare certificate and... zero KRA updates. They might even assign KRAs retroactively—just to keep you on your toes. 6. Missing KRAs = Missing money – I had a ₹300,000 KRA. It vanished into the Bermuda Triangle of finance. 7. Flat hierarchy = CEO knows everything – Imagine a tech company run like a tea stall. The CEO is a one-man army (developer, HR, marketing, and probably office plumber too). "Yes Sir" is the official language. 8. Downsizing, or down-spiraling? – When I joined, there were 100+ employees. Now? About 20. It's not growth hacking, it's just hacking away at growth. 9. Client solutions, Glassdoor edition – A real-life example: A client asks for a Python solution. CEO peeks through the cabin glass, spots a free .NET engineer, and replies, "Yes sir, .NET is the best fit!" Innovation at its finest.
