Disappointing place for a motivated young professional - Recensione dipendente - Systems Engineer presso Leonardo

Everything else...I can name only few of so many bad things about this company: from the archaic system to the non existing career advancement, from a total absence of HR support (especially abroad) to a very superficial knowledge by a lot of support people. The company does not value young engineers at all.
