Working at SELEX is great. It brings something different every day. You have the opportunity to meet and work with people from all over the world. It is challenging, yet rewarding. Compensation is great. It does take a special breed of person to work here, but if you are that person, it is very rewarding. If you are someone who needs motivated, or does not want to exceed your own expectations, you won't last here. After reading the reviews of this company, I can tell you by name who wrote what. All of which were disgruntled employees that milked the company during their tenure.

This job is demanding, and will require you to work more than 40 hours at times. Their is conflicting management directives that are unreasonable to meet at times. The organization is flat in terms of advancement, but the wealth of knowledge gained outweighs this.
