No work-life balance, out-of-scope work, no compensation on time, no overtime, no seniors to guide, no respect for time, opinion or work. Director overcommits, underperforms- resulting in Scope Creep. Management follows Cargo Cult mentality. Illusory Superiority/Dunning-Kruger effect in HR Team. No Vision, No Mission, No Achievement.

Only look good from outside

Not paying salary on time they don't have proper management they are exploits people in the name of training and there staff have no manners they speak rudely and use abuse language.
