I already have a review on here where I gave a "5". I am not a "minion", supervisor, manager or lead. I am a paralegal who has worked her rump off. I came into this job as a paralegal, not as someone with a degree that could not find a job. That's everyone's big mistake. Working in a law firm is not like a typical office. You are accountable to staff management, the attorneys, the clients and the courts. Really.. it's not for everyone. As for the crying and whinning that no one appreciates you or no one will promote you. LEAVE. You are an adult. Right? Do you need a gold star on a chart everytime you do your job correctly? Do you know how many people would give anything to work there? Be thankful. Anyone who has worked at LSR should know how lucky we are. We have a job to pay our bills. If that's not enough, LEAVE. I hate to say this, but maybe you better go back and live with momma if you cannot handle someone expecting you to work, be on time and do what you are told. IT'S CALLED A JOB. As for those of you who get how lucky you are and are thankful, keep up the good work!! PRO- Good pay, benefits, vacation, 401K and location.

People crying, whinning and slowing the real workers down. Too many people straight out of college who thinks a little piece of paper makes them an expert. I have a little piece of paper too, but I also have years of experience to back it up.
