No equality in treatment or salary - Recensione dipendente - Sales Assistant presso Leroy Merlin

There isn't a logic and reason behind who gets paid more or less salary. A person can work there for 3++ years, and a new employer with ZERO experience in the area arrives and is paid A LOT more than you and you can't say anything. Toxic work environment, they pick favorites and treat the rest like they don't matter, lots of gossip going around and incentivated by the managers, inapropriate jokes and behaviour towards female employers.
