      Company values matches with family and real life values. People development have more importance than process or system development. They still value the loyalty, humility, respect and passion more than anything else. Love for fermentation is amazing.

      Slow on people process development. But thats mainly because they want to protect the human interaction rather than digitalizing everything. And I do appreciate that.

      Great benefits and company is profitable

      The accounting department has terrible leadership and HR won’t address the issue leading to constant turnover. The ERP system change is causing chaos and no accountability from the CFO who is a bully and has ran great finance talent out the door for years. It is a shame because the Company and department could be a great place to work.
