Entire office vibe is toxic and culture is very negative. CEO's management style is secretive and erratic, which funnels down to senior leadership and so forth. Communication amongst departments is so poor and leads to so many issues with product innovation and goals. Marketing team is full of adult mean girls - especially senior leaders on the team who create a very exclusionary atmosphere in hopes to push people out of their jobs. If you're looking for a place to work where growth, honesty, and real care for employees is valued...look elsewhere.

Company is trying hard to make it a great place for employees to work! Just moved into newly renovated office digs with cool new graffiti, gym + fitness classes, and a meditation room! Amazing team.

There's always free snacks, free products available in the pantry. You'll enjoy it if you like snacking and if you even have the time for a snack because honestly, most of us don't! I liked their organic popcorn though. The garlic parmesan and fiery hot flavors, also the Himalayan pink salt because they're pink!

My day always starts with someone getting in a complaint, whether it's the constant overtime, unpaid overtime work, or manager abuse! Whatever it might be, this is how my day would always be like. Never ending complaints and this is very stressful!! It's not easy to deal with these people and it doesn't get easier with management either! I pity the worker who experience the abuse but there's only so much I can do! I don't have the power to make decisions, adjustments, and to grant whatever it is they're asking. All I can do is take their grievances up to management and hope they respond and act on it and not ignore it!
