It was a small company, but the project work was good. I had a positive experience working on the project.

1. will be able to work in all phases of SDLC 2. Will be able to learn a lot within a very short time span specially in Weekend (when other friends will have fun you will build your tech skills.) 3. Will be able to work with some talented people. 4. After leaving the Company you will get very good opportunities which will change your career path.

1. Management is not clear will their goals. 2. They recruited around 30 freshers in 2010 and within 1 year they laid off 18 and then around 10 due to their financial and mismanagement problems. 3. Some of the Experience people have less corporate attitude as well as consider the company as their own company. 4. You may have to stay overnight even you have finished your work. 5. Management consider the employee as their slaves. 6. Management is not at all open.
