Amazing people to work with. Most of the artists are quite humble and kind of you get to know them.

Management is lazy. People who once worked amongst the "little guy" endorse the big ego once they sip the Kool Aid. Moving up is very difficult and pay is terrible. They will only offer you the rate you believe you deserve if you are a vital member of the team and you threaten to leave.
