They value the type of person and your work ethic more than your immediate base knowledge. People can be trained, but a good personality is harder to find.

Nothing more than the usual downfalls of the automotive business. Sometimes you have to work out doors, and sometimes the customers are a bit much but beyond that its a step ahead of your average mechanical shop.
