Sometimes, the long-term and short-term vision get a little mixed up. If you are a visionary, you might be asked to do a little extra, which can be both good and bad... Level Up is still exploring their long-term options, so it's better for some to put a lid on their organizational creativity unless they are serious do'ers or will be here for the long haul.
