-Margin obsessed business model: The company practices soft-core price gouging of their customers changing prices of item due to "increased demand" even though they have a monopoly on the product they sell within their sporting arenas. -Not Customer Minded: they tie the hands of the customer-facing employees not allowing any room for customer service or innovation. -Management is not interested in helping employees succeed: they tend to be condescending and automatically assume employees are doing their job incorrectly. -This is redundant but the red tape around customer-facing employee's roles is very burdensome and is ever-mounting. You can hardly show up to work without there being a new arbitrary rule being implemented. -Management lacks competence or knowledge of the roles they oversee. -Turnover is VERY high due to all the aforesaid. Due to high turnover, they'll hire anyone with a heartbeat.
