Vantaggi

- Pay is good and penalty rates/conditions are slightly better then the old contractors (20 minute paid break after 5 hours, compared with a 30 minute unpaid break after 6 hours, and laundry allowance) - Interesting events to work out, never the same shift - Management although strict is good - Good facilities and MOP is beautiful

- Company has held the contract at MOP for over year, but staffing is still terrible. Their is no consistency and you will be working across multiple different outlet at the 3 arenas, with different people each shift, which makes it difficult to connect with people. Staffing will sometime schedule you to work a week before the event, and will then adjust your shift the day before which is frustrating. - John Caine Arena is mouse infested - Incredibly rude customers especially at some events like Iron Maiden or Tones and I, some people have a melt down when you have to remove the lids (not the fault of the company)

The atmosphere, all upper management is amazing and it’s a company you can grow in and love it while you do it! I’d work here a million times over

The only con I could put about this job is that unfortunately it’s hard to find people who want to work so it makes everything a little harder for everyone else.

Hourly office employees are treated like second class citizens. For example, hourly employees are not invited to the annual Christmas party and are forced to take 2 weeks off unpaid during the holiday season. No holiday pay despite working most major summer holidays Many perks, such as pizza supplied to the office, are for managers only per the direction of Director of HR Very difficult employee base and almost no support from management The benefits such as PTO and health insurance are very poor. 5 vacation a year.
