Some really good people there. Especially in the field.

Disconnect between corporate and the field. Nepotism runs rampant here. Personnel are run into the ground then reprimanded severely when they finally make a mistake. They hide behind their core values perversing integrity and accountability. Accountability being used to breed a culture of negativity. The company basically has a revolving door with the turnover of employees. Tired of seeing good people run out the door.
