They do not care about their employees on a personal level. As soon as it is beneficial to them to get rid of you they will do it no questions asked, and they are too big and financially backed to argue with. Regular 'restructures' where people have to either go through the stress of re-applying for their jobs or even worse an arbitrary scoring system that does not take ANY external factors into account. It's a good place to work whilst it's good but as soon as it's bad, it's really bad through no fault or wrongdoing of your own. This has happened to many people I know at this company and will continue to happen. It is embedded in the work culture here. Especially if neurodiversity is involved, they're only happy to talk about it if it's positive. As soon as it's a negative you're out.
