Definitely the best manager I have ever worked for Great environment to work in with lots of laughs and banter Supportive team who actually care about each other There is a genuine desire to do things better and be better The company has a purpose for what they are doing and the products and services offered are needed Supportive group of senior leaders Not a corporate business meaning when things need to be done, they can get done The work is varied and interesting Lots of delicious sausage rolls for Monday morning tea

Heavily reliant on the sales team to sell which can sometimes cause a bit of conflict particularly if nonperformers aren't dealt with.
