      The leadership acts like feedback matters, but nothing ever changes. Schedules get tossed around without warning, and you're expected to jump at every last-minute demand like your own time means nothing. Raises are rare, and when they finally come, they're laughable-insulting both in amount delivery. The workplace feels more like a revolving door than a team.

      Not all team managers were terrible. I just ended up with one of the worst.

      There was no respect for employees, and everyone was treated as if they had no value and could be easily ignored. Promises were made and never fulfilled, and mistreatment was constant, and verbal abuse happed far too often.
