Lexington really comes down to your group as it is more decentralized than most large companies. Some teams are awesome and others are terrible. The compnay functions more like a bunch of separate divisions with their own culture rather than one unified company. No, or very little interaction with other divisions. While their are still many talented people here, the companies continues to bleed talent.
