They do not trust their employee. They will deduct your salaries without notification as you may forgot to olcok-in in the morning or any kind of mechanical errors. They will not believe your word or evidence, and not going to check any security camera (even though there are tons of them to monitor you). They make you feel like you are lying to them. They put 80% of their original work load on the new workers. And expect you to finish it fast with their poor IT equipment and software. They are not using Google doc so you need to send out a new email very time you update a file. On job training is rather bad compare to other company. Poor Management that many workers has gone and they are trying to hire new people everyday.

- Limited career opportunities, because the supervising manager don't empower/inspire subordinates, less review performance regularly, and lack of care about subordinates' individual growth and teamwork spirit; - Inadequate employee benefits which are far from corporate standards in general; - Poor company culture for staying conservative, narrow-minded and uninspiring, especially for some departments, they always judge other departments to keep finding employee's faults as sense of success, and show impolite attitudes by their so-called authority, so many employees are unsupportive and unfriendly with others due to those bad role models
