Would love a full time contract

Decent pay and some good head housekeepers. Unfortunately they are unappreciated and deserve a lot better

No work life balance. No support. Toxic atmosphere - don’t think about getting pregnant you will be vilified for it. Terrible culture - prepare yourself for being questioned on all aspects of your work and for single word replied to emails. Lies - the upper leadership have a very poor relationship with the truth. You won’t be able to complain as they’re all either married or best friends. All of the cleaning teams are on zero hour contracts and honestly if there’s a penny to be pinched, bet you’re bottom dollar it will be. No clue when it’s comes to anything to do with employment law. No clue how to talk to people like humans. No clue how to manage any contracts. Poor pay for the hardest workers. 20p difference in pay for supervising and taking on loads of extra responsibility and pressure. Expenses sometimes not paid with no explanation. Might also decide not to pay you. Impossible budgets. No training. I could go on
