From my experience, you always have great people that are willing to help if you ask for it at this company. Liaison gives you an opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies in the world and help them solve their most complex data integration and data management challenges. Success begins and ends with coming to work with a good attitude every day, and matching that attitude with hard work. If you believe this, then you can have a rewarding career at Liaison, and make good money :)

As with most companies, you have A players and B-D players. It’s very hard to distinguish between an A player and a C player because they often sound the same, they just don’t deliver the same results. Most companies clean house once a year to burn through mediocre talent, while keeping A players happy. If you wait around for things to happen without seeking help or asking questions, then Liaison will be a difficult place to work as the technology is geared towards solving complex challenges for customers and prospects.
