Nice offices. Honestly this was the worst work experience I have ever had.

Culture of top-down authoritarian leadership. Staff was told that we "were going to hate each other soon" by Manager and were chastised for building camaraderie. Team was told they should "be ashamed" of themselves for not working later than asked. Professional dignity was compromised constantly with managerial bullying. Commission promised was never delivered and targets were unreasonable, as in, nobody had ever reached them on new Capacity Grid products in history. There was no support for achieving targets. Staff were fired, and unfired?
