When employees ask for development, they are told to fund it themselves and get a better job. -Company does not care about employees. You are just a number to them. -High turnover of staff due to toxic environment -Constantly told that we are overpaid -When an employee leaves, that position is not always filled. When it is advertised, the salary offered is bare minimum. -All they care about is saving money at all costs.
