I acknowledge that, as a scaling organisation, we have had to occasionally focus on speed to meet market demands and deliver value quickly. This isn’t our typical approach, as quality and scalability are critical for our long-term success as a product engineering organisation. We have also been actively focusing on improving our engineering practices, to ensure teams have the resources they need to deliver and quality is never compromised.
We remain committed to career development at Liberis, and to ensure we can support all colleagues with their growth we redesigned and relaunched our Engineering Progression Framework earlier this year - with career paths for both IC’s and people managers, and a clear structure on how our Engineers can progress into Senior roles.
