Driven, experienced and very professional team. Lot of responsibilities and very steep learning curve. At times demanding but your work is being appreciated and there are calm days as well. Very entrepreneurial, your own inputs and ways of thinking are valued. Nice office and good atmosphere. Fully recommend!

If you're someone that needs a lot of guidance you might struggle a little bit a first but that's how you learn. Partners have have high expectations - I liked it that way but depends on your personality. Salary could be a bit higher but I think they're working on it
