Upper management is toxic, constantly raising the goals to unattainable levels, cost cutting creating toxic environment, investments in the worst possible leads, prepare to be laughed at by customers over rates. They knowingly and intentionally slowed down business, affecting customers, and employee compensation without batting an eye. They don’t care about their employees anymore.
