You will be given more work a less support than the people who loudly support and align with this ideology. I sat in a multi-team meeting about DEI (which I support)with about 50 other employees. At the end of the class 2 of us were singled out and had been assigned a high privilege score. We then were asked to either read a statement to the group acknowledging our privilege or accept another meeting with management personally where we would be asked to sign some documents acknowledging our refusal to suport DEI... and likely get walked out the door.
