-No hands on development in the field. -Management isn't as skilled as they say or have a busy schedule to go into field most of the time. -You are on your own type of atmosphere. A hand shake, a tap, and good luck. -Liberty Mutual becoming more classroom based/web based training.

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
