      Re-org, after re-org, after re-org. There have been so many changes in the company over the last 5 years that it becomes difficult to deliver value. Too much focus on internal processes when the end product continues to be the same.

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
