So sick and tired of the "change" and "transformation" of IT. It's a smokescreen: "transforming" is a way to RIF loyal, long term employees in favor of offshoring and paying less to new college grads. Go For Code program was a good idea to reskill existing employees, but it mysteriously vanished with no word to anyone.
