Dropping base salary for a 5 year period. For the 1st 2 years, if you don't sell enough policies, you will lose your job.

They still care about DEI.

Mgmt micromanages to extremes. They have performance metrics that are not in writing anywhere and are completely subjective so if a manager doesn't like you, they just score you low. They have introduced countless processes and templates which increase time needed to work on a claim but have done nothing to lower the amount of claims you're expected to handle. Seriously, run away from this place like all the adjusters are trying to!
