      Only good when you're having a good month of sales

      Poor pay, they changed the structure so you actually get paid less, but work twice as hard. They pin everyone against each other and give very little help when you have off weeks. High STRESS. The area managers also tell you what you want to hear, but rarely follow through on anything. You are just a number to them.

      We appreciate your review, but we're sorry to see that you wouldn't recommend us based on your previous experience. We set high expectations for our employees, but we always aim to back up those expectations with training, communication, and manager support.       Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
