Big hit in pay (about 10-20k per year) to move up to a supervisor, preventing me to move forward. Horribly mismanaged and misguided "call quality" program. Subjectively scored and too often scored incorrectly.

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
