The company unfortunately is more expensive and therefore it makes it tough to sell in some areas. At times it feels like the company doesn't want to sell policy's.

They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
