Management protects it own and the greed is evident by upper management. Promotion is rare in the Loss Control Department with nowhere to advance to unless you are invited into the management club. In order to attain this level, you must be unable to perfrom the technical work, but like singing the Liberty song and drink the coolaid. This will not protect you though, they will still eat their own when necessary to protect themselves. Liberty also likes to throw you overboard in high seas, and tossing you a corragated PFD so the ship can sail on in good conscience.
