It is a solid company with a great reputation; top management is strong, with good vision toward the future. They are fiscally conservative, like most large insurance companies, but that's what has kept them in business for so long.
Svantaggi
There is a fast track for employees - either you're on it or you're not. If you're on the fast track, recognition is plentiful, advancement is guaranteed. If you're not, well, you may stagnate in your position until you can do something to change that. Not sure if the top management stays in touch with the front line personnel.
